Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging with all included items. You’ll also need to provide  proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rebootcard.contact@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to our return address. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Please include your order number inside the package so we can identify your return.

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping
We offer free shipping on your order. If you choose to return an item, you must arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be received and may not be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for photos and order details before we proceed.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale under our 30-day return policy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
