OVERVIEW
Welcome to Reboot. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Reboot. We operate this website and online store and we also provide the Reboot mobile application and related features and support (together, the “Services”). The Services include the purchase and use of a physical Reboot Card (the “Card”) and the ability to use the Card with the Reboot app to help you restrict or allow access to selected apps or features on a compatible device.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies we post on our website (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

You may be asked to provide information such as your email address and shipping and payment details when using the Services or placing an order. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - THE SERVICES, THE CARD, AND THE APP
The Card is a physical product. The Reboot app is software intended to work with compatible devices, operating systems, and settings. Functionality may vary depending on your device model, operating system version, permissions, and settings. The Services may change over time.

The Services are designed to add friction before opening selected apps or features. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including reduced screen time, improved focus, or improved productivity.

You are responsible for using the Services lawfully and for ensuring the Services are appropriate for your needs.

SECTION 3 - APP LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Reboot app for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works from the app or any part of the Services, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, errors, or product availability.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and payment is processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. After an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may apply in your country.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and purchase information for all purchases made through the Services. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the amounts shown at checkout.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require additional payment to reship the order.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available on our website. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy will apply to returns and refunds.

SECTION 8 - YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN USING THE SERVICES
You decide which apps or features to lock and how you use the Services. You are responsible for your choices, your device settings, and any consequences of your chosen lock settings.

You understand and agree that we are not responsible for missed messages, calls, alarms, reminders, notifications, or other communications, or for delays or consequences resulting from your lock settings.

The Services are not intended for emergency use. Do not rely on the Services for access to emergency services or time-critical communications. You are responsible for ensuring you can access any functions you may need in urgent situations.

SECTION 9 - CHANGES TO THE SERVICES; SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including the app, features, supported devices, or availability in certain countries, with or without notice. We do not promise that any feature will remain available for any period of time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, engaged in fraud, attempted to circumvent restrictions, or created risk or legal exposure for us or others.

SECTION 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including the app, the Card design, our trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by Reboot or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use and marketing.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit Feedback and that your Feedback does not violate any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 12 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Parts of the Services may depend on systems we do not control, such as your device, your operating system, your internet or mobile provider, and any app distribution platform you use to download the app. Changes, outages, restrictions, or updates from those systems may affect how the Services work.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, scrape or crawl the Services in a way that disrupts operations, or misuse the Services in any way that could harm Reboot or others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

SECTION 14 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND AVAILABILITY
Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. We may cancel an order if any information is inaccurate.

SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and the Card are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Services. We do not guarantee that app-based restrictions will work in every case on every device. Functionality can be affected by device settings, operating system updates, permissions, connectivity, and other factors outside our control.

SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Reboot, our owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Services or the Card, including loss of productivity, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of time, missed communications, delays, or any similar damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or paid feature giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reboot and our affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SECTION 18 - FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, strikes, shortages, power or network outages, acts of government, customs delays, and natural disasters.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms and any policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not delegate, transfer, or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice to you.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
